Machine DOll.. the manga that's currently driving me crazy now. >=]
Set in a time where people invented advance machines incorporated with some magic to control such things, called Automatons. The story actually revolves on a boy with his puppet as they enter an academy training people to handle these Automatons.. er, I guess the summary in the site is far more better than mine.. hehe..>_<

Anyway, this ain't really that new (I think), but I could really recommend this. Well, if you could be patient enough to wait for the long releases. But it's worth the wait at all..XD
